If you're having trouble printing the files, try these solutions

1) Make sure you've got Adobe Reader installed properly on your computer. Most browsers install it automatically, but if your computer tells you something like

"This browser doesn't know how to handle the file type 'pdf' "

(or something similar) here's a fix: Click this link to download Adobe Reader.

2) Okay, Reader is installed but I'm having trouble printing. Try this fix: download the file to your hard drive then open it in Adobe Reader. You'll have greater control over print options in Adobe Reader itself.

• On a Mac: Hold down the Control Key and then click the link to the file you want to download. A pop-up menu will let you save the file to your hard drive. Look for something like "Save link to disk" or "Download Linked File As..."
• On a PC: Right-click the link to the file you want to download. A pop-up menu will let you save the file to your hard drive. Look for something like "Save link to disk" or "Download Linked File As... "
